9.5.4 Linear Phase Brick Wall 4-Way

The Linear Phase Brick Wall 4-Way (LP4way) uses the processing power of two Modules to create extra-

steep crossovers.

9.6 FIR Module [Lake-enabled Ampliﬁers Only]

Lake-enabled ampliers (PLM, PLM+ and D Series) support the FIR Module type, which incorporates a

combination of FIR and IIR technology. The extensive FIR lters can be used to create both crossovers and

driver EQ. The phase can be absolutely controlled rendering linear phase, minimum phase, or arbitrary phase

lters. The IIR lters can be used to create classic crossovers and specic driver EQ.

There are some SpeakerPresets in the Lake LoadLibrary that use the FIR module.

FIR modules supports EAW Focusing through direct import of EAW greybox les into the Lake Controller.

The latest EAW greybox les can be downloaded via: http://www.eaw.com/downloads/

The FIR module cannot be created or conﬁgured via the

Lake Controller. A third party software plugin is available for the

Lake Controller; please contact Lake support if you are a loud-

speaker manufacturer and would like further information.
