System Store Recall Menu Reference
7. System Store Recall Menu Reference
The Lake Controller allows the user to store and recall complete system congurations. This enables the
same Lake device to be used in entirely different situations, as their complex congurations can be changed
in seconds.
7.1 System Store Recall Navigation
From the HOME menu, tap SYSTEM STORE/RECALL. The button bar displays the following options, and a
scroll bar also appears containing les and folders.
Figure 7-1: System Store Recall Scroll Bar
The rst icon on the system scroll bar is labeled **My Computer**. Selecting this and tapping OPEN will
allow you to navigate to folders and les on your hard drive or any removable disk.
The other les shown at the root of this directory are the system conguration les stored from within the
Controller software.
If there are many folders or les, drag the scroll bar to the left or right, or tap the << or >> buttons. Most
options on the button bar appear gray and are inactive until a folder or le is selected on the scroll bar.
7.2 Shortcut to Data/User Folder
Default software installation of the Lake Controller places a shortcut in the Windows Start menu:
START > PROGRAMS > LAKE CONTROLLER > USER DATA FILES
System les, Module les and LoadLibrary les are
located in the My Documents\Lake\Lake Controller
6.x\
Historical les created in versions prior to Lake
Controller v6.3 can be located as described below
and copied over during migration if required.
For Windows XP, pre Lake Controller v6.3, user les were located at C:\Program Files\Lake\Lake Controller
vX.X\data\user.
For Windows 7, pre Lake Controller v6.3, user les were located at C:\User\username\AppData\Local\
VirtualStore\Program Files\Lake\Lake Controller vX.X\data\user.
