The common service operations necessary to maintain the Procedure Station
for peak performance are listed below.
Note: This manual covers operation and maintenance operations for the
owners/users of the PuriCare Procedure Stations. Complete certification
procedures, service operations and specifications are published in a separate

Logic

+ Biosafety Cabinets. This
manual is available from Labconco’s website: www.labconco.com. A
complete certifier service kit is available to qualified certifiers from
Labconco. Call Labconco’s Product Service Department at 800-821-5525 or
816-333-8811.

Routine Maintenance Schedule
Weekly
• Wipe down the interior surfaces of the cabinet with a suitable
disinfectant, or 70% ethanol, and allow to dry.
• Using an appropriate glass cleaner, or LabSolutions
TM
Glass &
Surface Wipes, Labconco part # 1570000; clean the sash and the
surface of the UV lamp, if so equipped.
• Operate the cabinet blower, noting the percent filter life remaining in
an operational log.
Monthly (or more often as required)
• Using a damp cloth, or LabSolutions Glass & Surface Wipes,
Labconco part # 1570000; clean the exterior surfaces of the cabinet,
