OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS for IMMERSION THERMOSTAT Model ICB-12 IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS WARNING Do not heat any substances above temperature which will cause hazards of explosion, implosion or release of toxic or flammable gases arising from the materials being heated . Do not use in the presence of flammable or combustible materials or explosive gases. Do not use in the presence of pressurized or sealed container. Fire or explosion may result causing severe injury or death.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS : ICB-12 Connect the instrument to a grounded mains outlet, after ensuring that the Voltage is the same as stated on the name plate. The instrument must be connected to an earthed (grounded) supply. Secure the Instrument to the Bath using the fixing bow. Use only distilled or soft water, to avoid build-up of scale on the heating element. Do not use inflammable liquids. The minimal water level must be about 3 cm above the holes near the pump housing.
