1. Introduction

The LaCie Starck’s intelligent surface responds to your touch – sim-
ply touch the front panel to configure an action, such as a backup or
program launch, using the included Shortcut Button software.

Starck is an ideal way to add space to your computer; you can divide
the drive into specific spaces (partitions) for different parts of your
