DESCRIPTION:

n LaHabra Exterior Color Coat Patch is an

integrally colored stucco finish used to

repair chipped corners and small areas on

standard 16/20 finishes, requiring only the

addition of water.

n Use LaHabra Color Patch to apply a finish:

simply choose the standard color that is the

closest to the desired color and once the

patch has dried, apply LaHabra Fog Coat in

the selected color.

Fog Coat can also be used to refresh faded or

stained stucco finishes. To change color use

LaHabra Allegro II Cement Coating for best

results.

USE:

n For small repairs to LaHabra stucco surfaces

when a premixed color is needed.

n A variety of textures and finishes can be

achieved over a portland cement plaster

brown coat.

COLORS:

Available in LaHabra’s 30 standard colors.

COMPOSITION:

n Binder: Portland cement and hydrated lime

n Aggregates

n Proprietary additives

STORAGE: n Storage: Store off ground and protect from rain and moisture. n Shelf Life: 12 months if properly stored in the original unopened container. SURFACE PREPARATION: n NOT recommended for application over painted, sealed, wood or metal surfaces.
