As a bonding agent:
1. Stir contents of container thoroughly before use. Do not dilute to make
volume.
2. Surface should be free of all dust, sand and any loose material.
3. Apply an undiluted uniform coat of Bonding Agent to the surface by roller
or spray gun.
4. Before applying the concrete plaster check the surface for uniformity of
color. Areas that are irregular in color indicate that an insufficient amount
of Bonding Agent has been applied.
5. Allow at least 2 hours for Bonding Agent to cure before applying concrete
plaster.
6. If cured over 24 hours, apply an additional coat of Bonding Agent before
applying concrete plaster.
7. Always maintain the proper level of water in the concrete plaster mix. Do
not apply if too dry.
8. When troweling the concrete plaster use a circular motion away
perpendicular to the surface.
As an admixture:
1. Dilute Lanco Bonding Agent with one part of water (one to one).
2. Use this mix as the mixing water for your plaster or cement-based coating.
This procedure does not eliminate the need to apply the bonding directly
to the surface to be coated with concrete plaster mix.
