Direct Heat
Direct heat cooking means that the food is placed on
grill grates directly over the lighted burners.

Indirect Heat
Indirect heat cooking means the food is placed on the
grill grate above an unheated burner, allowing the heat
from the lighted burner(s) on either side to cook the food.

Care and Maintenance
To Reinstall Burner
1. Be sure the gas valve orifices are correctly
positioned inside the burner inlet.
2. Reattach the bolt/nut combination.
3. Reposition flame tents, cooking racks, and
warming rack.
Changing AA Battery
When changing the AA battery, make sure to only use
standard AA batteries, ensuring the proper polarity
when positioning the battery. Remove the Igniter
button cape and insert the AA battery so the positive
(+) terminal of the battery is facing out of the
battery box.
