INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Required tools:
Spade, Mallet (Edger/trencher – optional)
made in the
from recycled
materials
Score the ground using a spade
or garden tool to create a vertical
crease approximately 2" deep
along the desired layout.
Lay out the area to be edged using a garden hose or string to define the area.
Then, moisten the soil around the installation area.
Pre-Installation Preparation
1
Box Includes
1 coil of edging
2 anchoring stakes
Always wear
safety glasses when
driving stakes.
Although Landshark is manufactured from
recycled plastic, the points can be sharp.
Gardening or work gloves are recommended
when handling.
Avoid forceful pounding, but rather lighter
consistent tapping along the top edge during
installation. Excessive forceful pounding may
cause edging to deform.
If having difficulty installing into the ground,
make sure the soil is well saturated with water
to loosen the soil.
Installation is easiest when you make several
passes along the entire length with your rubber
mallet, gradually pushing the edging deeper into
the soil with each pass.
