Begin the Descaling Procedure by going into the “Maintenance menu” and selecting “Descal-
ing.”
IMPORTANT: To ensure the best life of your filters, we recommend you execute this procedure every 6 months, even if you are not sure
about the hardness of your tap water or you know it is not hard.
Replace Filter Cartridges 1 and 2 with the Special Descal-
ing Cartridges (SDC) that came with TheWell appliance.
Make sure to lock the latches in place. Press OK to continue.
The machine will prompt you to empty and refill the Tap Water Jar. Ensure the jar is completely
filled and correctly inserted in the left docking station.
