Cannot locate printer or print from Android device.
Probable Cause Solution
There is no print service installed on the Android
device.
Ensure that the correct print service plugin is installed on
the phone/tablet:
GoogleCloud Print
Mopria Print Service
Xerox Android Print Service
You can download these plugins from the Google Play Store.
The print service is installed, but is not enabled. Ensure that print service is enabled in the Android OS via
the Settings Menu, Print Settings. For details, refer to your
Android device documentation, or contact the Android
device manufacturer for support.
The printer is not on the phone or tablet list of
printers.
If the WPSA and the Android device are on different routers
or access points, ensure that mDNS Forwarding is enabled
in both. Contact your router and/or access point
manufacturer's technical support for assistance.
Cannot connect to Adapter's embedded web server.
Probable Cause Solution
The PC and Adapter are on different networks. Ensure that the PC is connected to the same network as the
WPSA. For details, see

The adapter is powered off or is offline. Ensure that the status LED on the WPSA is illuminated. For

Status LED on page 15.
Cannot find the SSID for the Adapter in available wireless connections.
Probable Cause Solution
The adapter is powered off or is offline. Ensure that the status LED on the WPSA is illuminated. For

The adapter is out of range of the PC or laptop. Ensure that the laptop or PC is within wireless range of
WPSA. Move the laptop or PC closer to the adapter.
SoftAP mode is disabled. Ensure that SoftAP mode is enabled in the web manager.
