Application

ÖLFLEX



CRANE 2S are cold flexible PVC sheathed power and control cables with two opposite supporting elements for

flexible use. They are among others designed for use in dry, damp or wet rooms. Outdoor use is possible, considering the

temperature range. At room temperature they are widely resistant to acids, alkali-resistant and resistant to certain oils.

Application range: Connection of movable control panels and consoles, self supporting shaft cable, high rack systems etc.;

not applicable as lift cable.

Design

Design based on VDE 0250

Conductor extra fine wire strands of bare copper, acc. to IEC 60228 resp. VDE 0295, Class 6

Core insulation special PVC compound TI2 acc. to HD 21.1 S4 resp. VDE 0281-1

Core identification acc. to VDE 0293-1, with or without GN/YE ground conductor

black cores with white numbers

acc. to DIN EN 50334 resp. VDE 0293-334

Supporting element two steel supporting elements which are oppositely integrated into the outer sheath

with a tensile strength of 2.100 N each

Wrapping non-woven wrapping over core stranding

Outer sheath PVC compound TM4 acc. to HD 21.1 S4 resp. VDE 0281-1
