HEAT 205 MC cables are heat resistant cables. Besides having excellent mechanical and physical
properties, ÖLFLEX
®
HEAT 205 MC cables are characterized by very good electrical values as well as out-
standing resistance against oil, weather and UV-radiation. ÖLFLEX
®
HEAT 205 MC cables are resistant against
the action of water, acids, alkalis, solvents, synthetic liquids and oils. The cables are flame retardant.

Conductor fine strands of tinned copper wires acc. to IEC 60228 resp. VDE 0295, class 5
from 0,5 mm² in support to IEC 60228 resp. VDE 0295, class 5
Core insulation FEP compound 6YI1 in acc. to VDE 0207 part 6
Core identification acc. to VDE 0293-1, with or without gn/ye ground conductor
up to 5 cores coloured in acc. to HD 308 S2 resp. VDE 0293-308
more than 5 cores acc. to ÖLFLEX colour code
Outer sheath FEP compound 6YM1 in acc. to VDE 0207 part 6, black
Electrical properties at 20 °C
