EXP-LED-HL-1W
INTRODUCTION
The EXP-LED-HL-1W is a compact, long running, high performance LED headlight. This headlamp has
been engineered to meet the stringent requirements of Division 1 hazardous locations, while
maintaining exceptional light output and run time. The headlight is packaged with an elastic head strap
and a rubber hard hat strap.
INSERTING THE BATTERIES
 Looking at the back of the headlamp, the black endcap on the right screws off counterclockwise.
When removed, you can see the battery compartment that slides out.
 Insert the batteries as demonstrated on the label. Three AA batteries are required.
POWER
A push button with a rubber dome actuator provides easy on/off operation of the headlamp.
WARRANTY
Larson Electronics warrants this product to be free of defects for a lifetime of use except for batteries
and bulbs, abuse and normal wear. We will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of this product
should we determine it to be defective. This limited lifetime warranty also excludes rechargeable
batteries, chargers, switches and electronics which have a 2 year warranty with proof of purchase. This
is the only warranty, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose. Incidental, consequential or special damages are expressly disclaimed except where
such limitation is prohibited by law. You may have other specific legal rights which vary by jurisdiction.
