This drop light is equipped with a 100 watt, 75 watt, or 60 watt 24 volt rough service lamp and is suitable for use in areas where petrochemical
vapors and various dusts are present. This unit is rated Class 1, Division 1 and 2 and Class 2, Division 1 and 2 rated and comes complete with
50’ of SOOW cord terminated with an industrial grade plug.
Voltage: The incandescent lamp in this unit is designed to operate on 24V AC or DC voltages. We also offer low voltage LED models that
operate on universal 11-25V AC/DC. We offer the same explosion proof hand lamp with incandescent, compact fluorescent, and LED lamps in
high voltage models.

Wiring and Plug: This explosion proof drop light is equipped with 50 foot of 14/3 chemical and abrasion resistant SOOW cord that is fitted with
an industrial grade cord cap for easy connection to common wall outlets. Plug options include standard 5-15 15 amp straight blade plug for 110V
wall outlets with ground, standard 6-15 15 amp straight blade plug for 220-240V wall outlets with ground, NEMA L5-15 15 amp twist lock plug for
125V twist lock outlets, NEMA L6-15 15 amp twist lock plug for 240V twist lock outlets, British BS1363 13 amp fused 3-blade plug for United
Kingdom outlets, or a two pin 16 amp rated Schuko plug with ground contact and socket for European outlets up to 250V. Alternatively, we can
provide flying leads with no plug for hard wire applications or for operators who prefer to wire in user provided cord caps. Please choose pigtail
option below for flying leads with no plug.
This explosion proof hand light operates on 24 Volts AC or DC. This is not an "inline transformer" unit, and the operator will need a 24V low
voltage power source to run this light or transformer system like our TX-500VA-4XA0 with 4 low voltage outlets.
