free the ballast/starter combination. Reconnect the ballast/starter in the same manner as the
replaced units.
4. Replace the 4 screws at the base of the ballast box.
5. Replace the ballast, positioning the wires in the same manner as when first opened.
6. Replace the 4 screws that hold the ballast box cover in place.
DETACHABLE CORDS
1. The cords are detachable by depressing the tab on the top of the connectors. This enables the
operator to leave the cord connected to the power source and remove and store the light.
2. To re‐attach the cord, insert the plug into the socket.
3. The coil cord is designed to provide 16 feet of length. Stretching it beyond that length will
damage the cord, connectors and/or light. Don’t do it.
4. The cigarette plug provided contains a standard fuse. The fuse is replaceable. By pressing down
the silver tip, twisting it and pulling out, the fuse can be seen and replaced.
