Die FLEXPOINT
®
Linienlaser werden
hauptsächlich beim Lichtschnittverfahren
in der industriellen Bildverarbeitung
eingesetzt.
Linienlaser der FLEXPOINT
®
-HOM Serie
haben gegenüber herkömmlichen Lini-
enmodulen mit Gaußprofi l den Vorteil,
dass die Leistungsverteilung entlang der
Linie sehr homogen ist. Dies wird durch
Verwendung einer speziellen Glaslinse
gewährleistet.
Die Geradheit einer Linie spielt eine
wichtige Rolle. Mit Linien, die eine
Bananen- oder S-Form aufzeigen, kann
keine korrekte Messung durchgeführt
werden. Jedes unserer Lasersysteme
wird daher vor Auslieferung einer inten-
siven Prüfung unterzogen.

FLEXPOINT
®
line lasers are primarily
used for the light section method in
industrial image processing.
The HOM series FLEXPOINT
®
line lasers
have an advantage over conventional
line modules with a Gaussian profi le
in that the power distribution along
the line is extremely homogeneous. The
use of a special glass lens ensures this
homogeneity.
How straight a line is plays an impor-
tant role. Banana-shaped or S-shaped
lines make it impossible to obtain an
accurate measurement. Each of our laser
systems, therefore, undergoes a tho-
rough inspection prior to delivery.
