Ingestion: May cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Carcinogenicity: IARC has determined that there is evidence of
carcinogenic effects from respirable carbon black in animals and that there is inadequate evidence of such effects in
humans. Crystalline silica in respirable form is carcinogenic to humans. Neither the carbon black, nor the crystalline silica
present is respirable as this product is supplied. IARC has determined that there is inadequate evidence of carcinogenic
effects of petroleum asphalt in humans, and limited evidence of carcinogenic effects to experimental animals. Medical
conditions generally aggravated by exposure: None Known. Reproductive effects: NO. Teratogenic: NO. Mutagenic: NO.

Skin Contact: Wash area with soap and water. Eye Contact: Gently flush with large amounts water for at least 15
minutes. If symptom persists consult a physician. Inhalation: Remove to fresh air and provide oxygen if breathing is
difficult. If not breathing, give artificial resuscitation. IMMEDIATELY CALL A PHYSICIAN.

Steps to be taken in case material is released or spilled: Contain spill and dike with inert material (sand,
sawdust, dirt, etc.). Place in closed container for proper disposal. Avoid runoff to waterways and sewers.
Waste Disposal Method: Dispose of in accordance with Local, State, and Federal regulations.
Precautions to Be Taken in Handling and Storage: Keep container closed and upright to prevent leakage. Store in a
cool, dry, ventilated area. Avoid freezing.

Other Precautions: Do not take internally. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN. For external use only. Store in a cool, dry
place. Keep away from sources of ignition. Do not apply during or before rain to avoid runoff. Do not apply if pavement is
below 55 degrees F.
Respiratory Protection: None required if good ventilation is maintained. This product is an emulsified, encapsulated
mixture which greatly reduces the likelihood of exposure to hazardous particles.
