Latex•ite® Acrylic Grade Driveway Sealer is a concentrated formulation designed to give maximum surface coverage with
professional results. It goes on easily with a roller and dries quickly to revitalize, protect and beautify a previously sealed
blacktop driveway. It resists gas, oil and de-icing chemicals and will not fade. Proper application of ready-to-use emulsified
product as applied presents no degree of hazard to the user. Outdoor use only.

Coverage per 3.4 gal pail is approximately 400 sq. ft. for two coats. Coverage rates vary depending upon the condition of the
existing surface.
 Good condition/previously sealed: approx. 400 sq. ft. per pail per two coats
 Moderate condition/some cracking: approx. 300 sq. ft. per pail per two coats
 Poor condition/unsealed: approx. 200 sq. ft. per pail per two coats
