Installation & Assembly

1.Carefully unpack and indentify all parts.

2.Place the base on table.

3.Place the shade over the socket.

4.Install bulb(bulb not included).Do not use a wattage

bulb higher than 60 watts,as noted on socket(60W A type

bulb).

5.Connect power to circuit,turn on lamp and enjoy.

IMPORTANT SAFTY INSTRUCTIONS

This portable lamp has a polarized plug(one blade is wider than the other)

as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock.This plug will fit in a

polarzied outlet only one way.If the plug does not fit fully into the

out let,reverse the plug.If it still does not fit,contact a qualified

electrician.Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully

inserted. Do not alter the plug.
