Assembly Preparation Before Beginning Assembly: Assembly Steps Overview Right Table Top (C) Left Table Top (A) Middle Table Top (B) FRONT FACING Table Leg (D) Vertical Apron (E) This Dining Table has multiple parts and may require up to 30 minutes to assemble. To give you an overview of the Dining Table parts, the above picture is to help you put the various parts into perspective. Please read through the instructions below to familiarise yourself with the parts and steps before assembly.
Step 1 Place the Left Table Top(A), Middle Table Top(B), and Right Table Top(C), onto a clean, non-marring surface. Align the Left Table Top(A), Middle Table Top(C) and Right Table Top(B) as shown above. Step 2 Step 2.1 Step 2.2 Step 2.3 2.1) Slide out the center apron and straighten it. 2.2) Push the Table Tops together 2.3) Make sure the Table Top is aligned correctly. Step 3 Secure center apron to Middle Table Top(B) and Right Table Top(C) using Bolt Sets(②) with Allen Key(⑤).
Step 4 Step 4.1 Step 4.2 4.1) Align Vertical Apron(E) with the corner blocks and attach using Bolt Sets(③) with Allen Key(⑤). 4.2) Attach Vertical Apron(E) to Table Tops using Bolt Sets(②) with Allen Key(⑤). Tighten the Bolts fully in a sequential manner. Step 5 Attach Table Legs(D) to corner blocks using Bolt Sets(①) with Allen Key(④). Do not fully tighten the Bolts.
Stand the Table up, with assistance from your partner. EXERT pressure, floorwards, onto the Table. This pressure will help the Legs and Table Top reach alignment at all joints. Check for wobbles on a level surface. If no wobbles are found, in a sequential manner, gradually tighten all Bolts until evenly secured. When tightening the Bolts tighten sequentially. Do not tighten any Bolt fully and then move on towards the next one. This could cause the frame to warp.
