Step 4
Step3.1 Position Chair Base(C) and Armrest(D) upside down on a flat surface.
Step3.2 Attach Chair Base(C) to Armrest(D) ,using Bolt(②) , Washer Ring(⑥) ,
Washer(③) with Allen Key(⑤) until tight.
Repeat the same step to install remaining Armrest(D).
