GUARANTEE TERMS
1. We cover any construction faults that occur during the 10-year period.
2. The company shall only approve replacement of the sink in cases
where proper reparation of the damage proves impossible.
3. We cover Thermal Cracking.
GUARANTEE RESTRICTIONS
The guarantee does not cover:
1) Damage resulting from incorrect transportation or installation.
2) Damage resulting from negligence, improper use (especially of non-approved
chemical substances, inappropriate for granite surfaces) or natural wear and
tear.
3) Any costs involving sink replacement (transportation & installation).
4) Holes drilled incorrectly
5) Scratches due to use
6) Scuff marks
To keep your guarantee valid, it is necessary to complete the following
