the engine before test, tap [OK] to conrm.

3. Start the engine according to the prompts on the screen. After the start, the

system will display the start voltage test result.

5.1.4 Charging Health Test

This function mainly detects and analyzes the vehicle charging system, including

generator, rectier, rectier diode, etc. Through this test, we can know that the

output voltage of the generator, the rectier diode, and the charging current is

normal or not respectively.

1. After connection is properly done, go to [BTS] and select [Charging Health

Test].

2. Start the engine and start charging until the charging voltage and ripple are

normal.

3. According to the on-screen prompts, press the accelerator and increase the

engine speed to 2500rpm for 5 seconds.

4. Output the test result.

Notes: On-load voltage shown in the test result refers to the charging voltage

when there is a load. It evaluates the on-load capacity of the generator. When

dierent auto parts are opened, the load voltage will be generated. The on-load

voltage will greatly vary depending on the auto parts being opened.
