1. Thread two screws to the mounting strap, and secure them with two
lock nuts. Adjust the length of the screws if necessary.
2. Attach the mounting strap to outlet box by using two mounting screws.
3. Three rods with the length of 9 1/2＂L (x3), are attached in the hardware
package, choose the desired installation height you need. Then thread
the fixture wires through the rods and threaded pipes(-a) as shown in the
right graph.
The height can be adjustable to 22-1/2＂, 32" or 41-1/2＂by using the
rods.
4. Screw all rods together until securely by using the threaded pipes(-a), then
secure the rod assembly to the stem of the coupling.
5. Pull out the outlet wires and the house grounding wire from the outlet box.
Make wire connections using the wire nuts:
---The black wire from fixture to the black wire from power source.
---The white wire from fixture to the white wire from power source.
---Attach the fixture grounding wire to the mounting strap with the green
grounding screw. Then connect it to the house grounding wire with the
wire nut.
Carefully put the wires back into the outlet box.
6. Attach the canopy kit to the mounting strap by inserting
the screws, and secure it with two ball nuts.
7. Install bulbs (not included). See relamping label at
socket area or packaging for maximum allowed
wattage.
8. Secure the threaded pipe(-b) into the coupling, then
secure it with a washer ant hex nut.
9. Slip the small metal pad, acrylic pad and big metal
pad through the threaded pipe(-b) until the acrylic pad
checks with the bottom of the shade by adjusted hex
nut, secure them with the finial.
Note: Remove the cover from the acrylic before
placing it to the shade.
10. Turn on the power at the main fuse or circuit breaker
box.
