Add NAS Disk
• Add IP SAN:
1) Enter the NetHDD IP address in
the text eld.
2) Click the Search button to view
available IP SAN disks.
3) Select the IP SAN disk from the
list shown.
4) Click the OK button to add the
selected IP SAN disk.
Note: Only 1 IP SAN disk can be added.

6. After successfully adding the NAS or IP
SAN disk, return to the HDD Information
menu. The added NetHDD will now be
displayed in the list.
Note: If the added NetHDD is
uninitialized, please select it and click the
Init button for initialization.

Managing HDD Group
Setting HDD Groups
Purpose:
Multiple HDDs can be managed in groups. Video
from specied channels can be recorded onto a
particular HDD group through HDD settings.
Steps:
1. Enter the Storage Mode interface.
Menu > HDD > Advanced
2. Set the Mode to Group, as shown in
Figure 10. 9.

3. Click the Apply button and the following
message box will pop up;
Attention for Reboot
4. Click the Yes button to reboot the device
and activate the changes.
