This lamp is UL listed.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place the base(A) on a smooth flat surface

2. Pull the cord from the bottom of the base to tighten the column connections

3. Screw Lower Column(C1) into the base(A)

4. Screw Middle Column(C2) into the Lower Column(C1)

5. Screw Upper Column(C3) into the Middle Column(C2)

6. Attach decorative Column(D) to the Upper column(C3)

7. Screw the threaded rod(F) tightly into the decorative Column(D)

8. Place the square washer(G), and shade(H), onto the threaded rod(F)

9. Tighten with the finial(I) to secure the shade in place

10. Insert the provided LED bulb (E）into the socket

11. Insert the plug(B) to an outlet

12. Turn on the lamp on by pulling either or both chains

This fixture has been rated up to two (2) 60-watt maximum Type A standard

incandescent (9-watt LED equivalent). This lamp is for INDOOR USE ONLY.
