ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.

This Lamp is UL listed.

Assembly Instruction:

1. Place the wooden base(A) on the smooth surface.

2. Place the Shade(D) over the socket;

3. Insert the provided LED light bulb(C) into the socket. DO NOT EXCEED THE

SPECIFIED WATTAGE.

This fixture has been rated up to one(1) 40-watt maximum Type A standard

incandescent (9-watt LED equivalent).This lamp is for INDOOR USE ONLY.
