GP I :ENERAL RODUCT NFORMATION

This product can mount to either a 4" square electrical box with

round plaster ring or an octagon electrical box.

This product is suitable for indoor damp locations.

Prepare the fixture for Installation

Carefully remove the glass shade from the backplate.

BACKPLATE

Loosen (do not remove) the two thumb screws on the top of

the fixture.

CAUTION - RISK OF FIRE

This product must be installed in accordance with

the applicable installation code by a person familiar

with the construction and operation of the product

and the hazards involved.

Use minimum 90°c supply conductors.

Install the Mounting Plate Install the Backplate 2A 4A MOUNTING PLATE INNER THREADED HOLE LONG #8-32 SCREW 1 3 2 3 2 1 SHORT #8-32 SCREW INNER THREADED HOLE 1 Make sure the two inner threaded holes on the mounting plate are positioned vertically. 1 Line up the two backplate slots with the two mounting plate inner threaded holes. 2 Level the backplate horizontally and secure it to the electrical box with the two long #8-32 screws provided.

Install the Glass Shade 6A 6B BACKPLATE 1 THUMB SCREW THUMB SCREW 2 2 1 GLASS SHADE 1 Replace the glass shade into backplate. 2 Tighten the two thumb screws on one side of the backplate. NOTE: Do not over tighten the thumb screws which may cause the glass shade to break.
