6.5. Saving and Loading a Configuration
The software configuration for a device can be saved to a file. This enables you to backup settings
and restore them in case of system failure or in case you want to revert to earlier settings. You can
also get the configuration that was stored with a record file.
To save a configuration:
- On the File menu, click Save Configuration.
