WARNING: For maximum safety, Plugmold Plug-In Units are
equipped with a grounding type plug (3-prong) for use
only with grounding type receptacles. Modification of
the plug to allow its use in non-grounding receptacles
voids the warranty and may lead to electrical shock.
1. Determine the installation location and rotate the
Plugmold Plug-In Unit to the necessary orientation
as follows:
a. Loosen the 2 phillips head screws near the plug
blades. Do not fully remove the screws.
b. Pull the rotating section of the plug outwards and
rotate to the desired orientation. The Plugmold
Plug-In Unit will rotate in 90° increments only.
c. Push in the rotating section of the plug and tighten
the 2 phillips head screws.
2. Plug the Plugmold Plug-In Unit into the desired
receptacle, hold securely, and mark the wall on top
and bottom of the Plugmold Plug-In Unit where the
mounting clips will be installed.
INSTALLATION:
Legrand/Wiremold electrical systems conform to and should be
properly grounded in compliance with requirements of the current
National Electrical Code or codes administered by local authorities.
All electrical products may present a possible shock or fire hazard if
improperly installed or used. Legrand/Wiremold electrical products
may bear the mark of a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory
(NRTL) and should be installed in conformance with current local
and/or the National Electrical Code.
