De-rating of the dimmer is not required for reverse phase applications. For forward
phase applications in two-gang installations, de-rate incandescent, halogen, or
electronic low voltage (ELV) loads to 600 Watts; in three-gang or greater installations,
de-rate incandescent, halogen, or electronic low voltage (ELV) loads to 600 Watts on the
outer units and 500 Watts on the center units.
