4.3.3 Connecting the power cable

• Beforeconnectingthepowercable,checkif
the power switch (2) at the rear of the instru-
ment is disconnected ("O").
• Outoftheselectionofcables,selecttheone
with the plug that fits into your laboratory's
wall outlets.
• Connectthepowercabletothecorresponding
socket (8) at the rear of the instrument and plug
the power cable into the wall outlet.
The instrument is ready to be switched on.
The instrument is supplied together with various country-specific power cables.
The instrument may only be connected to the power with the cable supplied together with the
instrument and it may only be connected to grounded sockets.
