10. Warning and Error Codes – Troubleshooting
10.2 Error codes
To indicate a series of malfunctions, the error
codes E:01 to E:13 are displayed.
Three consecutive and very short sound signals
that are repeated every 10 seconds reinforce the
visual error code.

Drive malfunction - Switch off the main switch and
next switch it back on.
Try again.

Error code "E:07" Clock component defective Call Technical Service
Error code "E:08"
(Wax bath 1)
Error code "E:09"
(Wax bath 2)
Error code "E:10"
(Wax bath 3)
- Wax bath not connected.
- Wax bath possibly connected to
wrong socket.
- Excess temperature switch-off
mechanism has responded.
- Wax bath defective.
- Control unit defective.
- Connect wax bath.
- Check if wax bath is connected to
the appropriate socket. Correct if
necessary.
- Disconnect the wax bath connec-
tion plug from the socket at the
rear of the instrument.
Let wax bath cool down.
Reconnect wax bath
If the yellow pilot lamp lights, use
of the wax bath may be continued.
- Exchange wax bath.
- Call Technical Service
