Saving to SD card

Images can be saved directly to an inser-
ted SD card. The card has to be formatted
using the "FAT" le system.

When the SD memory card is full, the LED
on the camera is illuminated in red. No
more images can be captured.
Changing between PC and HD mode

In order to take photos without a compu-
ter you must be in HD mode (not PC
mode). After the camera is switched on, it is in
the last selected mode. However, it switches to
PC mode whenever the Leica software is started.
1. To switch between PC and HD mode, press
and hold the black multifunction button for
5 seconds.
Detecting the active mode
Ϙ The camera is in HD mode when the LED
status display is illuminated in red.
Ϙ The camera is in PC mode when the LED
status display is illuminated in red and
ashes green approximately once per
second.
