Operating Instructions

Auto white balance:
White balance is set automatically. If multiple light sources are present
or there is nothing of a white colour, auto white balance may not work
properly. In these cases, set the white balance to a mode other than
.
Adjusting white balance manually:
1. Select
or and then press u.
2. Aim the camera at a sheet of white paper. The frame in the centre
must be filled with white paper and press [MENU/SET].

2. Press p (Green), q (Magenta), t (Amber), u (Blue) to adjust
white balance and press [MENU/SET].
Setting the colour temperature:

The camera measures the most suitable exposure by judging the al-
location of brightness automatically. This method is recommended.
Centre weighted
This is the method used to concentrate on the subject in the centre of
the screen while still registering the whole screen.
Spot
This is the method to measure the subject in the spot metering area.
