Playing back on a TV
Preparation: Set [HDTV Link] to [ON] (→59).
Connect the camera to a HDTV Link (HDMI)-compatible
television with the HDMI mini cable (available as accessory →9) (→155)
Turn on the camera
Set the REC/PLAY switch to
Proceed with the operation while referring to what is displayed
on the TV screen
• When operating, refer to the HDTV Link operating panel.

Power OFF
The camera’s power can also be switched off when switching the television’s power
off with the remote control.

Automatic input select
• This function automatically switches the television input to the camera screen
whenever the camera’s power is switched on while it is connected via the HDMI
mini cable. The television can also be switched on via the camera from Standby
Mode (if “Power on link” on the television is set to “on”).

To display a map on the TV screen choose [Display map] from the menu by remote
control. (Option available only with HDTV Link (HDMI))
