Using the zoom
Recording modes:
●
Adjust the focus after zooming.
●
Do not touch the lens barrel during zooming.
●
The zoom ratio and the zoom bar displayed on the screen are approximations.
●
The camera may make a noise and vibrate when the zoom lever is operated - this is not
a malfunction.
You can determine how much of a subject you wish to capture by using the lens’s zoom
function.
Zooming in/out
For capturing
a larger area
(wide-angle)
For capturing a smaller,
but also enlarged area
(telephoto)
• The zoom speed is determined by how far the zoom lever is rotated; two setting
speeds are available.
