Setting the White Balance
Available in the following modes:
In sunlight, under incandescent lights or in other such conditions where the color of white
takes on a reddish or bluish tinge, this function allows settings according the prevailing
light source, and thus to adjust the rendition of white to your (subjective) personal
perception.

Press 1 [ ].

Select the desired White Balance setting by
rotating the rear dial.

Press the rear dial to set.
¢This mode will switch to [AWB] during motion picture recording.
[AWB] Automatic adjustment
[V] For taking pictures outdoors under a clear sky
[Ð] For taking pictures outdoors under a cloudy sky
[î] For taking pictures outdoors in the shade
[Ñ] For taking pictures under incandescent lights
