6. Focus and Exposure Settings
Manual Focusing
Available in the following modes:
Use this function when you want to fix the focus or when the distance between the lens
and the subject is determined and you do not want to activate Autofocus.

Set the focus mode lever to [MF].

Set the Zoom/MF ring selector switch to
[FOCUS].

Press 2 ().

Press 3/4/2/1 to determine the area to be
enlarged, and then [MENU/SET].
• The assist screen is displayed, enlarging the area. (MF
Assist) (P152)
• If you press [DISP], the area to be enlarged will be reset
to the center.
