Available in the following modes:
You can set a flash control mode at [Firing Mode] in [Flash].

When [MANUAL] is set, the output rate ([1/1], etc.) is displayed on the flash icon on the screen.
1 Select [Flash] in the [Rec] menu. (P36)
2 Press 3/4 to select [Manual Flash Adjust.] and then [MENU/SET].
3 Press 2/1 to select an item and then [MENU/SET].

You can set from [1/1] (full output) to [1/128] in steps of [1/3].
Available in the following modes:
When Red-Eye Reduction ([ ], [ ]) is selected, Red-Eye Removal is performed
whenever the flash is used. The camera automatically detects red-eye and corrects the
picture.
Settings: [ON]/[OFF]

[ ] is displayed on the icon when it is set to [ON].
Under certain circumstances, red-eye cannot be corrected.
Changing the firing mode (Manual flash)
[TTL] The camera automatically controls the flash output.
[MANUAL]
For setting the flash output manually. In [TTL] you can take the picture you
want even when shooting dark scenes that may otherwise be too brightly lit by
the flash.

Correcting red eyes
> [Rec] > [Red-Eye Removal]
