2. Preparations before Recording
• When taking pictures with flash with the lens hood attached, the lower section of the photo may
be dark (vignetting effect) and flash output control
may be impaired. We recommend detaching
the lens hood when using the flash.
• When temporarily detaching and carrying the lens hood, we recommend attaching it with the
orientation reversed.
Return it to the normal position when taking pictures.
