Menu list
This menu lets you set the aspect ratio, resolution and other aspects of the pictures you
are recording.
•
[Photo Style], [AFS/AFF], [Metering Mode], [Highlight Shadow], [i.Dynamic], [i.Resolution],
[i.Zoom] and [Digital Zoom] are common to both the [Rec] menu and [Motion Picture] menu.
Changing these settings in one of these menus is reflected in other menu.
[Rec]
[Photo Style]
You can select effects to match the type of image you wish
to record.
You can adjust the color and image quality of the effects.

[Aspect Ratio] Sets the aspect ratio of the image. P131

Set the compression rate at which the pictures are to be
stored.

[iHandheld Night Shot]
Pictures of the night scenery will be taken in quick
succession and composed into a single picture.

[iHDR]
There is, for example, strong contrast between the
background and the main subject, multiple still pictures are
recorded with differing exposures and combined to create
a single still picture rich in gradation.
