LIMITED WARRANTY
For best performance it is recommended that products are set on a well drained and
level surface, this particularly applies to the operation of the doors.
Leisure Season warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of one year from the date of purchase. During the period of this warranty, Leisure
Season will replace or repair any nonconforming part without charge to you. This warranty
does not apply in the case of damage caused by insects, sprinklers, animals, improper or
unreasonable use or misuse, neglect, alteration, accident, improper maintenance,
improper installation, normal wear and tear such as scratched, scuffs, cracks,
discoloration, vandalism, or acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of the
manufacturer. This warranty is null and void if the product is altered or modified in any way
or if it is not assembled in accordance with provided assembly instructions. Additionally,
this warranty does not cover color change due to normal weathering of the product. For
purposes of this warranty, normal weathering includes exposure to ultraviolet sunlight
which would cause any colored or painted surface to fade, chalk, or darken.
CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS
You must retain your bill of sale or provide other proof of purchase.
All structures must be properly set on a well drained and reasonably level surface.
In the unlikely event that your order is defective or parts are missing, please contact us
within 10 days of receiving the item and we will send you the replacement parts at no cost
to you. It will be your responsibility to install the replacement part. Labor charges and
related expenses are not covered under this warranty. We may request supporting
pictures of defective part to help us determine how best to resolve the issue.
