Troubleshooting
Problem
Solution
The device is not turning on.
Check if the plug is inserted firmly into
the outlet.
Replace the batteries.
The device is not responding well.
Remove the plug from the outlet for at
least 5 minutes.
Remove the batteries from the device for
at least 5 minutes.
When using batteries, sound is soft or
distorted.
Replace the batteries.
Settings or options are suddenly
cancelled.
For settings and options there is a time
limit. Repeat the steps.
Radio stations can barely be heard
because of noise or cannot be received.
Fully extend the telescopic antenna (21).
Rotate the telescopic antenna (21).
Press the FM St. button (5, 26).
Bluetooth® music stutters.
Place the Bluetooth® device closer to the
boombox.
Music playback stutters while playing a
CD.
The CD is possibly dirty. Clean it with a
clean and dry soft cloth.
The remote control is not working or not
working properly.
Replace the battery.
The ambient light might be too strong.
Are you within the range of 5 meters?
Are there any objects between the
boombox and the remote control?
