Dictionary
Yourtablethasdictionariesinmanylanguagesthatcanbehelpfulwhencomposingmessagesand
documents.Theappropriatedictionaryisactivatedautomaticallywhenyoutouchasupportedkeyboard.
Theactivedictionarysuggestscorrectionsorcompletesthewordwhileyoutype.Youdonotneedto
interruptyourtypingtoacceptthesuggestedword.
•Acceptingorrejectingdictionarysuggestions
Toacceptadictionarysuggestion,touchthespacekeyonthekeyboardwhenthedictionarysuggestion
isdisplayed.Torejectadictionarysuggestion,nishtypingthewordthatyouwant,andthentouchthe
suggestiontodismissitbeforetypinganythingelse.
•Correctingawordusingthedictionarysuggestedcorrections
Ifyoumisspellaword,thewordisunderlinedwithadottedline.Touchthemisspelledwordandalist
ofsuggestedcorrectionsisdisplayed.Touchtheonethatbestmatchesyourword.Themisspelled
wordisreplaced.
YoualsocancreateyourowndictionarybyusingtheUserdictionaryfunction.
Toaddawordtoyourdictionary,dothefollowing:
1.FromthemainHomescreen,touchtheAndroidSettingsicononLenovoLaunchZone,ortouchthe
applicationsiconfromtheactionbarandthentouchSettings.TheAndroidSettingsscreenopens.
