b.Verifythatothersoftwareworkscorrectlyonthecomputer.
c.Verifythatthesoftwareyouareusingworksonanothercomputer.
2.Iftheproblemiscausedbyanapplicationprogram:
•Refertotheprinteddocumentationthatcomeswiththeprogramorthehelpsystemoftheprogram.
•Updatetheprogram.See“Keepingthecomputercurrent”onpage24

•Uninstalltheprogramandthenreinstallit.Todownloadaprogramthatispreinstalledonthe
computer,gotohttp://www.lenovo.com/supportandfollowtheinstructionsonthescreen.
