3.Right-clickyourCdriveentryandthenclickProperties.
4.ClicktheToolstab.
5.ClickAnalyzedisktodetermineifadisk-defragmentationprocessisnecessary.ClickDefragment
disktostartadisk-defragmentationprocess.
•OntheWindows7operatingsystem,dothefollowing:
1.Closeanyprogramsthatarecurrentlyrunningandcloseanyopenwindows.

Symptom:Insufcientmemory
Ingeneral,themorememorythatisinstalled,thebettertheWindowsoperatingsystemruns.

3.Theprintersignalcableissecurelyconnectedtothecorrectparallel,serial,orUSBconnectoronthe
computer.
