USBproblems
Symptom:TheUSBconnectorscannotbeaccessed.
Actions:
•EnsurethattheUSBcableissecurelyconnectedtotheUSBconnectorandtotheUSBdevice.IftheUSB
devicehasitsownpowercord,ensurethatitisattachedtoaproperlygroundedelectricaloutlet.
•IftheUSBdevicehasitsownOn/Offswitch,ensurethatitisintheOnposition.
•IftheUSBdevicehasanOnlineswitch,ensurethatitisintheOnlineposition.
•IftheUSBdeviceisaprinter,ensurethatpaperisloadedcorrectly.
•EnsurethatanydevicedriversorothersoftwaresuppliedwiththeUSBdeviceiscorrectlyinstalled.
RefertothedocumentationfortheUSBdevice.
•ResetthedevicebydetachingandreattachingtheUSBconnector.
