Beforeyoustart,ensurethatthecardisinNFCDataExchangeFormat(NDEF),otherwisethecardcannotbe
detected.Thendothefollowing:
1.PositionthecardabovetheNFCmarkatagradientofabout15degreesasshown.Alignthelonger
edgeofthecardwiththebottomedge(theedgethatisclosetothetrackpad)oftheTrackPointbuttons.
2.Holdthecardforsecondsuntilyouarepromptedthatthecardhasbeensuccessfullydetected.
PairingyourcomputerwithanNFC-enabledsmartphone
Beforeyoustart,ensurethatthesmartphonescreenisfacingupward.Thendothefollowing:
1.PositionthesmartphoneabovetheNFCmarkatagradientofabout15degreesasshown.Align
theshorteredgeofthesmartphonewiththebottomedge(theedgethatisclosetothetrackpad)of
theTrackPointbuttons.
2.Slowlymovethesmartphoneadistanceabout5cm(1.97inches)tothedirectionofthecomputer
display.Thenholdthesmartphoneforsecondsuntilyouarepromptedthatthesmartphonehasbeen
successfullydetected.
